Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• You received the wrong item.

• The item arrived damaged or defective.

• The product is significantly different from its description.

Returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection (if sizing was clearly mentioned), or general dissatisfaction not related to product issues are not eligible.

Requesting a Return
To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2. Include your order number, clear photos of the item, and a brief explanation of the issue.

3. Our team will review the request and respond with further instructions.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was on our part.

• Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return approval.

Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, you will receive your refund in one of the following forms:

• We do not issue cash refunds at the time of delivery, as our payment method is Cash on Delivery only.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Used, worn, or damaged items not caused during transit

• Items returned after the approval window has expired

• Any item not in its original condition or packaging

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately after placing the order. Cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet been dispatched.
